INTRODUCTION
The Talent Services Department (TSD) was officially established in 2022 to deliver high-quality talent services for faculty and staff while foster a supportive environment environment for talent development.
Organized by operational functions, TSD consists of four sections: the TSD Office; the Section of Talent Project Services (TPS); the Section of Talent Service Assurance (TSA); and the Postdoc and Researcher Management Section（PRMS).

TSD Office is responsible for internal and external liaison, administrative coordination, and general office operations.

TSA
TSA is responsible for daily services for talents, including high-level talent recognition and related support, implementation of preferential tax policies, application processing for talent subsidies, visa facilitation for travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao, and coordination of school admissions for their children.

PRMS
PRMS is in charge of all aspects of postdoctoral affairs, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding management, application and administration of postdoc-related programs and subsidies, policy and institutional development, promotional efforts, and event organization.
